Taking Advantage of the Momentum

I finished piecing my Union Star wall hanging last week...

Lots of little pieces...lots of points...

I cut the border pieces when I cut out everything else...and it fit...with no fudging...amazing.

Finished piecing my Monday Mystery...this would be a great go-to pattern for a quick cute gift.

Now I need to figure out how I'm going to quilt them.

I quilted the Charm Pack Cherry Quilt - with all the WHAMs, ZOOMs and POWs in the quilt it needs a different title.

I tried a new-to-me FMQ design...not too bad for the first time, my muscle memory really wanted to revert to curves and loops. I will definitely try this design again.

Check out the back of the quilt...it's a stripe and it's straight! I thought for sure it would end up wonky.

Does he look comfy?

Great free motion quilting! I revert to loops and swirls too.
