If you didn't see my Project Quilting 14.5 Not a Square submission scroll down. If you didn't see everyone else's submissions click here. It just amazes me how creative and imaginative quilters are.
Between the snow and rain, I've been burrowing in and getting lots of stuff done.
I continued to make Aunt Daisy triangle-in-a-square blocks until I ran out of the paper piece templates and printer ink. Wallie World saved the day today, so I can continue on as I still have A LOT more to make.
I decided on a thread color and loaded the guild community service quilt and three bobbins. I think I'll quilt meandering leaves on this double flannel quilt.
I was able to create a draft and print out the yardage - sort of. The learning curve is high, and I really should do one of the tutorials that came with the software instead of just hitting buttons to see what happens.
Besides winning EQ8 during the Villa Rosa Designs blog hop I also won one of their grand prizes (no, I didn't go buy a lottery ticket or go to a casino - I know I'm not that lucky).
Wow!! Books, patterns, lots of notions and FABRIC! It took a while before the happy dance ended. Maybe I should have bought a lottery ticket. ;o)
I've also made lots of progress on Bon Appetit with Ash.
Putting it all together is going much easier and smoother than I thought it would. I should have it finished by next week. Especially since the forecast is more snow and rain...and more snow and rain...and more snow and rain...

Wow, I want to go to Las Vegas with you! LOL That sure was a jackpot to win. Looks like you got lots of fabric. Congratulations on the win.
Bon Appetit is looking good!
Fabulous wins! It would have been fun to open that box.
